LIYWL Coaches preseason meeting: Saturday Nov 10 5:30 at HOFSTRA.

The LIYWL hold "Dual Meet" style wrestling for youth K-8th grade, matched up by weight, age, and ability in three Divisions.

Bantam/Midget for beginning wrestlers grades K- 4, Novice for more experienced and competitive wrestlers 5th & 6th graders, and

Schoolboy is primarily for 7 & 8th graders. Our four week league runs on Sundays starting January 6th and ends in mid February.
